Raw Elements does its best to pick, pack and ship within 24 hours of receipt of all orders. If you have placed an order and wish to have it canceled, kindly call our customer service number and request a cancelation prior to receiving your shipment. If your order has already shipped, kindly accept the package and request a return authorization to return the package for a refund.
Raw Elements only accepts un-opened product returns. To request a return please contact the Raw Elements Customer Service at 1-866-848-2565.
You may request a refund on any un-opened product within 30 days of your purchase date. This excludes any shipping and handling costs. If you received free shipping on your purchase, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless your product was shipped to you damaged or defective.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
All returned orders/product must be pre-authorized by Raw Elements. Kindly call their Customer Service line at 1-866-848-2565 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You must also provide the following information:
- Original invoice number
- Lot number and expiry date of product(s) you’re turning, which will be printed on the product
- Reason for your return
- Your name and phone number
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
Deliveries and Damaged Shipments
Raw Elements does its very best to package up shipments in appropriate materials for shipping. Occasionally damages happen that are beyond anyone’s control. Kindly inspect all deliveries before signing the receipt.
If your shipment is damaged, photograph any visible damages on the outside of the shipment. If you find concealed damage, save the carton and packaging material and notify our customer service department immediately. Kindly send your picture of the damaged shipment to firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our customer service representatives will contact you within 48 business hours.
