Glow All Out Giveaway Details & Rules

The following giveaway is intended for participants in Canada only. The giveaway shall be construed and evaluated according to the laws of Canada. Further eligibility restrictions are contained in the Official Rules below. 

  1. Sponsor Introduction
    The giveaway is sponsored by Lavido Canada (the “Sponsor”).
  1. Eligibility Criteria
    Open to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
    Exclusions include employees of Lavido Canada, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  1. Entry Period
    • Start Date: June 13th, 2024.
    • End Date July 11th, 2024.
    • Winner Selected and announced: July 12th, 2024.
    • Entries submitted before or after the entry period will not be eligible.
  1. How to Enter
    Enter the giveaway by submitting a valid email address after commenting “Glow All Out” on our Instagram social media post, or by entering in the form from Facebook. One entry per person. 
  1. Prize
    Participants entering the giveaway will have a chance to win (1) one “Glow All Out” prize pack with an approximate retail value of $650 CAD. The prize includes:

  1. Winner Selection and Notification
    One (1) Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received and notified via email within 24 hours after the end of the giveaway. The winner must respond within 12 hours to claim their prize, if no response is received, the next randomly selected winner will be contacted (every 12 hours) until a winner has claimed the prize. Confirmed winner (having received a response within 12 hours) will be announced on Lavido Canada’s social media accounts. 
  1. General Conditions
    By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to the Sponsor’s use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media without further consideration. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the giveaway. The Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or violating the rules.
  1. Limitation of Liability
    By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Lavido Canada and its affiliates from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of their participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
  1. Governing Law
    The giveaway is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
  1. Odds: 
    Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
